Yesterday, the Kobe Ambassador (Chisa Takeda) arrived in Seattle and paid a courtesy call to the Seafair offices. Chisa will be riding one of the convertible cars in the Torchlight Parade tomorrow (Saturday, July 26th). The parade starts at 7:30pm and Chisa is number 25 in the parade!
